Because every piece is engraved for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.
We remake it free if
- The engraving differs from the proof you approved
- The piece arrives damaged or defective
- The plating or engraving wears within normal use (lifetime engraving warranty)
How to request a remake
Email support@cheriqa.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We reply within one business day.
Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund until you approve your engraving proof.
