Will it tarnish?
Our 316L stainless steel with 18K gold PVD plating is made for daily wear, and stainless steel does not rust. To keep the finish bright for longer, take it off for swimming, showers and the gym, and wipe it with a soft dry cloth.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Most people wear 316L stainless steel and 925 sterling silver every day without any trouble. 316L does contain a small amount of nickel bound into the alloy, so if you have a known nickel allergy, email us before you order and we’ll confirm the exact materials for your piece.
Can I see my design before you make it?
Yes. We email you an engraving proof, and nothing is cut until you approve it.
Which characters can I engrave?
Letters A to Z, spaces, &, apostrophes and hyphens. Name necklaces take up to 10 characters.
Which chain length should I choose?
16 in sits at the collarbone, 18 in just below it (our most popular), and 20 in falls a little lower. Every chain includes a 2 in extender.
Can I add a gift note?
Yes. Add one on the product page and we handwrite it on a card in the gift box. Prices are never included in the box.
