- Unworn, in its original box with the meaning card
- Email support@cheriqa.com with your order number before sending it back
- We refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the piece
Damaged on arrival
If a piece arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with a photo and we will make it right at no cost to you.
